I have one doubt about Sri Cakra drawing: "Practice: 40 daily drawings". Should I draw 40 Sri Cakra each day, or one Sri Cakra daily for 40 days?

All of the details are laid out in the manual. Please don't concern yourself too much with do's and don'ts at this point and just focus on the practices themselves.

I have been trying to do all the 4 beginner practices in a day. I tried breaking it up too. But with my kids I find that I am unable to commit to a fixed time. So my question is:

Is timing of essence and does it need to be fixed, or can the two sessions be daily approximation’s of morning and afternoon sessions

Hello!

Trying to complete all the practices in one day given other responsibilities around the household might be a tough thing to do. I would suggest first focusing on the 2 practices and then progressing to the rest. That way it will be more manageable and you won't feel so overloaded.

It is optimal to do the practice around the same time every day however if the circumstances won't allow for that, it is also fine.

I could use a little advice if possible.

I have decided to add the starter regime to my regular daily sadhana and I would like to progress to the beginners course after 40 or so days of practice.

Here is my issue. I work on merchant sailing vessels and I am away from home every other month. While on the boat I have very limited quarters which is going to make performing the Kundalini meditation difficult.

Should I just work with the limited space I have and place the issue at the feet of Lalithā?

Any suggestions are kindly appreciated.

You would split the practices and try to do Kundalini meditation and Yoga Nidra when you are at home.

Once the sadhak passes the assessment after the 40days completion of 5 steps of starter regime. Beginner's course will be offered only at the residential place? not online?
