I have one doubt about Sri Cakra drawing: "Practice: 40 daily drawings". Should I draw 40 Sri Cakra each day, or one Sri Cakra daily for 40 days?

I have been trying to do all the 4 beginner practices in a day. I tried breaking it up too. But with my kids I find that I am unable to commit to a fixed time. So my question is:
Is timing of essence and does it need to be fixed, or can the two sessions be daily approximation’s of morning and afternoon sessions

Hello!
Trying to complete all the practices in one day given other responsibilities around the household might be a tough thing to do. I would suggest first focusing on the 2 practices and then progressing to the rest. That way it will be more manageable and you won't feel so overloaded.
It is optimal to do the practice around the same time every day however if the circumstances won't allow for that, it is also fine.

I have receive preliminary course pdfs after going through the pdf I had 1 query. Can we chant the Sri guru mantra as in (Amrita Janani Mantra) only while doing Kundalini Meditation or it can be chanted like a Japp ( can be done any time anywhere)?
