I am unable to access the course audios for the starter regime on soudcloud as it shows an error message. This link is not working, I am in the middle of my 40 day course, please could you upload the audio tracks here?

Namaste: I have strated the starters Regime course. The audio files link in the pdf document was working for couple of days and now i get the message that those links to audio files have been removed. Can anyone guide me where to access those audio files of Guruji instruction Prana Prathista mantra, Viraja homa etc. I am a starter and it was really helping me listening to those audios of Guruji. Please advise.

    Evertthing is stored here. You will have do to searches. I am not a moderator, just trying to help. Devipuram, I assume, gets very busy and the board comes last since most people don't use it. You could also try the Telegram link - do a search for it. But look here first

      Thank you for writing back. Yes, I did register and thus got the study material. I have also downloaded the Telegram group. Earlier there were some issues with the app coeention but now it is working.

        When you feel headache from meditation it means concentrating on or against thoughts. Or coming out of meditation too fast which causes headaches or makes one irritable. The cure is to lie down for ten minutes after and let the mind go back to normal.

        Regarding the practice, during the 40 days , it needs to be only veg and no alcohol intake of any kind , right ?

        During menstrual cycles for those 5 days , do we pause the sadhana or continue on those days too ?

          Śrī Mātre Namaḥ,

          Guruji never placed any restriction on lifestyle or diet for actual sadhana itself after initiated, so same can be followed for 40 days practice.

          The second question has been answered in the video by Rama Amma shared on Telegram. You can continue your practice but at the end of the day it is the student's choice.

          I just wanted to check if there is any specific date (day) and time to begin the process. Kindly guide me on this.
