In order to get the best benefit each practice has to be performed for 40 days straight without gaps. Guruji mentioned that one can split the daily practice into two parts – morning and evening as one wishes.
For instance:
- Morning: Prāṇa Pratiṣṭha and Virajā Homa
- Evening: Kuṇḍalini Meditation and Yoga Nidra. Guruji mentioned that these two are best done together in sequence.
- Drawing of Śrī Cakra can be done at any time.
If following all 5 practices on a daily basis is too much for a person, the practices can be split up. For instance:
- First 40 Days: Prāṇa Pratiṣṭha and Virajā Homa
- Next 40 Days: Kuṇḍalini Meditation and Yoga Nidra
- Next 40 Days: Śrī Cakra drawing
