Starter Regime (“Taste of Samādhi and Stabilizing It”):

This course has been created by Guruji Śrī Amṛtānandanātha Saraswatī for the people who are curious about Śrī Vidyā and who want to get a first hand spiritual experience before deciding to embark on the serious spiritual practice.

It can be taken either as a standalone module or as a prerequisite to our Śrī Vidyā Beginner's course (in which case it has to be carried out for a minimum of 40 days).

Starter Regime consists of five parts:

  1. Prāṇa Pratiṣṭha
    Time investment: ~3 min.
Description: Mantra which invokes the Goddess to come into your heart.

  2. Virajā Homa
    Time investment: 15 min.
Description: A guided meditation of a fire ritual which extinguishes your ego, and creates an immortal body of light which will continue to exist long after your mortal coil has been shed.

  3. Kuṇḍalini Meditation
    Time investment: 30 min.
Description: Dynamic meditation which awakens Kuṇḍalini. It shuts down the mind and connects you to energies in your body. Practice includes moving various parts of your body while listening to the music with recitation of Śrī Guru Jananī mantra.

  4. Yoga Nidra
    Time investment: 20 min.
Description: A guided meditation which cultivates conscious relaxation, release from stress and anxiety.

Feel your body melt away into a soothing state of being. Engage in astral travel. Realise your desires – create a saṅkalpa and repeat it for at least for 40 days.

  5. Śrī Cakra Drawing
    Time investment: ~30 min.
Description: Learn freehand drawing of the sacred yantra of Lalitā Devī. Put your energy of love, creativity and affection into drawing and coloring it. Make it a part of your daily practice.

Sacred Vāk:

This course also can be taken as its own standalone module or a prerequisite for our Śrī Vidyā Beginner’s course.

Sacred Vāk covers the following topics:

  1. Goddess Sarasavtī
  2. Sanskrit Alphabet
  3. Cakras

Just listened to "connecting to the goddess series" it was like Guruji is directly talking to me!!

So humbling experience, especially the stories they were so beautiful and thought provoking

      Shree Matre Namaha 🙏🙏

hello! what are the steps I need to follow after I finish my 40 days practice (I believe is going to take a little bit more ahaha)?

        Matre Namaha,

Can we split the 5 sacred practices over different days and do them in sequence.

        Abhishek

Is there an instructional video for dynamic kundalini meditation? I tried the practice but I was very gentle in my physical movements and it was very aesthetic for me but by reading the manual I thought it was supposed to be very tense and little intense.

How do we practice the Saraswati mantra and the alphabet mantra? Do we have to chant it daily for 40 days?

              atulpandey82l

There's no requirement for it to be chanted for 40 days. However, we do encourage beginners to chant Her mantras (vedic and the alphabet) since She's the Goddess of Learning and Her blessing would be a great help for a person who undertakes these courses.

Furthermore, chanting the alphabet will also help one down the line when one comes to the practice of ṣaṭcakra japa.

Unfortunately at this time there's no instructional video.

The goal of this dynamic meditation is to follow the rhythm of your body and do it at your own pace while being guided by the music and the mantra. It's pure improvisation.

In order to get the best benefit each practice has to be performed for 40 days straight without gaps. Guruji mentioned that one can split the daily practice into two parts – morning and evening as one wishes.

              For instance:

              • Morning: Prāṇa Pratiṣṭha and Virajā Homa
              • Evening: Kuṇḍalini Meditation and Yoga Nidra. Guruji mentioned that these two are best done together in sequence.
              • Drawing of Śrī Cakra can be done at any time.

If following all 5 practices on a daily basis is too much for a person, the practices can be split up. For instance:

              • First 40 Days: Prāṇa Pratiṣṭha and Virajā Homa
              • Next 40 Days: Kuṇḍalini Meditation and Yoga Nidra
              • Next 40 Days: Śrī Cakra drawing

                Sursundari

In time for the people who have completed Starter Regime and Sacred Vāk prerequisites and want to continue on to take the Śrī Vidyā Beginner's Course there will be a process which will include assessment questions which will guide them along with regards to enrollment.

                  Sri matrey namah

                  Sri Gurubhyo namah,

In Saraswati mantra, can use alphabet ( mulakahar) as a samputita?

                  Please give me guidance.

                  Sri matrey namah

Namaste, With regards to the mantra for the Prāṇa Pratiṣṭha Practice, do we follow Guruji's style of chanting or can we use our own instinctive svara-s, our own rhythm/melody? Thank you. 🙏

                      NoraLim

                      Namaste,

It would be optimal if the rules of Sanskrit are followed when chanting these mantras.

In terms of melody and rhythm - if there's one that particularly inspires you I don't think Guruji would be against that.

                      Sri Matre Namah,

does 40 days cycle should be without break? What if we miss 1 or 2 days in between due to work. Do we have to start all over again?

                      Please advise,

                      kind Regards, Harsh
