Thank you for your guidance on this forum. I have a query regarding the Starter regime document page 24 and page 25. The document states that the mantra to follow has its third line as

sa ka ha la hrīṃ janan ī

However in the the guided audio the singer is saying sa ka la hrīṃ janan ī - which one is correct and to be followed? In various other videos and messages the Panchdasi mantra has been stated to not have the "ha" syllable in the 3rd line. Please clarify.

Yes, that is an error, it should be sa ka la hrīṃ jananī

It's hard to ascertain by just looking at the video. We also need to keep in mind that Guruji taught different people in different ways. Just follow the way the diagram is laid out in the manual, that way you won't get confused. It's the 4 petals horizontally positioned at the base of the spine.

I have one doubt about Sri Cakra drawing: "Practice: 40 daily drawings". Should I draw 40 Sri Cakra each day, or one Sri Cakra daily for 40 days?

Hello there,

I have been trying to do all the 4 beginner practices in a day. I tried breaking it up too. But with my kids I find that I am unable to commit to a fixed time. So my question is:

Is timing of essence and does it need to be fixed, or can the two sessions be daily approximation’s of morning and afternoon sessions
