No mudras have been prescribed for the starter regime. While chanting the prana pratishtha mantra, place your hand on your heart. This a an introductory self learnt course with the purpose of giving the practitioner an initial taste of experience. Such experiences will form the bedrock for firm belief to be established, and those interested in delving further into the rituals and practices of Srividya are then invited to join the beginners online course.

Guru mantra is given in the beginner's course, along with other mantras relevant for the course. It may be received in person at Devipuram, but at the sole discretion of Guru Amma.

I am spending two weeks at a location that has only wifi and 4G at communal places but the meditation soundtracks on SoundCloud are only accessible online. It is my 31st day of practice (I have not missed a day) and really want to keep going. Is there any way to access the meditation tracks for the Viraja Homa, Kundalini Meditation, and Yoga Nidra Meditation offline? (Through the Goddess' grace, I was able to memorize the Prāṇa Pratiṣṭha. Your assistance and response are greatly appreciated at your earliest convenience. Thank you very much!

I have completed 40 consecutive days of the full practice. I will keep up the practice as best as I could but am also wondering what will be the practices that follow? I have definitely had a shift and the practice was transformative. I wish to keep going and stay in this path. Your guidance is very much appreciated and I am grateful for the experience. Thank you.

In the drawing of sri chakra in the starter regime, do we have to make it geometrically perfect using the required instruments or can it be done freehand without any geometric instruments?
