Guruji and GuruAmma in front of Devipuram

kdasari

I don't remember if it was Lalitā Triśatī or something else. Once I find that YouTube video, I will update the post.

Yes. The issue is again with the lineage. In many lineages one cannot chant Khaḍgamālā without an initiation. In ours we can, including 300 names of Lalitā.

Initially i was also having doubts like this , but later once i listened to guruji lectures , i resonated with what he said , once she gives life she already initiated us , and it is she who shows the path to reach her , can something happen without her notice , not possible , so all is fine.

For example guruji gave sri vidya mantras on youtube and also many other creators have uploaded moola mantra on youtube , but still only few people reach them , and i think they find it with her grace and she has already given permission.

By my Guru’s grace Haran Aiyah of Rochester New yoke, mantra practice and Diksha should always be done and receive with the right motivation. When one receive an initiation into any particular mantra of a deity and when one generates a pure motivation that this diksha is received for all mother sentient beings and their liberation from the suffering of samsara then whatever mantric curses will dissolve into emptiness and pervades into Fullness.

Only mantra chanted for selfish reasons or unskillful motivation will need to worry about curses etc.

It is better to not make any assumptions. We have shastras to avoid this sort of confusion. If you are worried about the curse then please chant the removal mantra if you've received the 9 year old version of Bala. There is a reason this mantra was cursed. It gives siddhis too fast. So it was locked. There is much more to be said about this. As far as 6 year old Bala, Sri Amritananda Natha Sarasvati is Bala in the flesh. He can do as he pleases. But the original Bala mantra is absolutely locked, the 9 year old too.

Your guru should have given you the curse removal mantra which is chanted 108x for 4 consecutive days. What this acharya says in the video is 100% correct. Do not accept anyone's telling you that "their parampara magically has the power to disregard this curse". This is nonsense. Bala, Lalita, RajaMatangi and Tripura Bhairavi, have curses that must be removed and they are all unique.

Please suggest where l can find curse removal mantras for Bala panchadasi and Sodasi 🙏🙏🙏

      Śrī Mātre Namaḥ,

I haven't seen the video you posted nor I intend to watch ever, as it shouldn't concern me or anyone learning Śrī Vidyā from Devipuram.

To put your mind at ease, śāstrās say if one doesn't practise Guru mantra religiously as instructed by Guru it would affect the Guru that is why a Guru gives mantra after testing a seeker for a very long time if s/he is really worthy. But Guruji said he is ready to take on any negative karma that may come due to Guruji's generosity is giving dīkṣa to anyone and everyone including the highest mantras in Śrī Vidyā whether they are going to practise or not.

Also, so many people buy and have bought Śrī Meru from Devipuram and have been worshipping to their capacity and knowledge and many of those who buy do not even participate in learning Śrī Vidyā through the structured courses of Devipuram. Not a single one has come back and said something terrible happened in their life after they bought the Meru while the general consensus from so many Śrī Vidyā experts and other sampradayās is not to keep Meru at home as Meru needs complex elaborate worship daily.

Having faith in Guru should be first and foremost and mantras, knowledge in some texts etc. all those come later.

One of the instructors will offer more explanation and clarify this unnecessary fear and confusion.

Sri mātre namah. So kind of you to share the information. I’m so glad to hear it. Please accept my apologies to be swayed by YouTube videos like that. Thank You. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

This page says the six syllable Bala mantra is not cursed. Read it.

Moreover, here Guruji has given six obstacle removing mantras to be chanted before Sri Vidya mantras:

      https://amritananda-natha-saraswati.blogspot.com/p/blog-page_90.html

He has been so very open. And ths is what makes him the best Sri Vidya guru. He did not hold any knowledge hostage, and he did not spread fear. And he gave diksha to everybody who wanted it.

        Śrī Mātre Namaḥ,

As mentioned before, the information on the blog is not verifiable if every word has come from Guruji himself.

I don't think it's appropriate to use anecdotal testimony to confirm a biases you have about this subject. I know plenty of people who had seriously unfavorable circumstances happen in their lives while doing Sri Vidya sadhana without following what the established acharyas taught. It is a modern trend to reinvent our dharma to tickle our ears with the truth we want to believe about ignoring the things we don't think apply to us. Some people believe they can take up chanting a mantra after watching a YouTube video. Some people don't think they need a kavach. Some people think their guru can just rewrite our shastra and say "according to me…" when giving instructions. These gurus don't just take the karma of giving faulty instructions, they have to suffer instead because harm will come to the people they teach. You see? You see, this is why it's important to teach people to read the shastra for themselves and to know when they've been taught something that's erroneous. People need to learn to be critical thinkers, not just ignorant sheep that follow the leader. Guruji taught that we must try things and if it doesn't work disregard it. So in that way of thinking, try to follow what the shastra says, and if you're "on your own" ready to disregard a rishis curse, then try to do things different. Jai Ambe Jai Gurunatha 🙏🏼

May be my earlier response was not very clear, it doesn't matter whether Bālā mantra is cursed or not, I already made it very clear that people who took dīkṣa from Devipuram have not suffered in any way and till date several hundreds of people, probably thousands we don't keep track got dīkṣa from Guruji and Guru Amma.

If I say the same that you are confirming your own biases with whatever little evidence you have seen that some people got cursed, I wonder what would be your answer?

Manblunder is from a different parampara, and how is that your faith in Manblunder can supersede everything else, unless you are believing blindly what they say?

Guruji himself said he is ready to take on any karma from giving dīkṣa, I don't know who you are insinuating here.

If you have taken dīkṣa from Guruji and Guru Amma and still you don't have faith in their instructions then may be Devipuram is not the place for you for your Śrī Vidyā path.

This is for anyone now or in the future who has doubts, fears around this idea that Bālā mantra is cursed and there needs to be a curse reversal mantra in order to chant it.

If you have taken dīkṣa from Devipuram, from Guruji and Guru Amma then there is nothing to worry, but if you have taken dīkṣa from another parampara then we can't advise you on the same. You will need to check with the Guru who gave you Bālā mantra.

Besides Goddess Bālā is the first Guru of Guruji who persuaded Guruji into quitting his job and dedicating his life to Goddess Worship and spreading Śrī Vidyā. She was persistent and got a house built for Her in the form of a Śrī Meru, She even guided Guruji at every stage of building Śrī Yantra Mahā Meru.

If anyone who claims to have taken dīkṣa from Guruji says Bālā mantra is cursed, then either Guruji must have told them not to worry when the person checked with Guruji or the discussion never happened and the person is simply undermining Guruji and Devipuram Parampara.

A word of caution to seekers who want to learn Śrī Vidyā from Devipuram or learn anything from any Guru - if a Guru criticises another Guru then the person is on an ego-trip and is not a realised being who can show you the way. Please use your judgement wisely before deciding whom to follow as a Guru.
