Śrī Matre Namaḥ,
In our lineage Bālā mantra does not come with the requirement to chant curse removal mantras. It is assumed that our Guruji's grace covers that part for the devotee. As such, Guruji to my knowledge never discussed mantra curses because they were nullified by his dīkṣa.
May be someone else can chime in to talk about this topic.
The only similar thing I came across was Guruji talking about Paraśurāma Kalpa Sūtra Vighna Hara (obstacle removing) mantras for Lalitā, Śyāmā and Vārāhī. According to the scripture, they have to be chanted before the japa of each mūla mantra. But according to my understanding even that was not strictly enforced by Guruji. His grace in this respect is paramount.
The practices and approach to worship is specific to the Guru lineage – this understanding needs to be maintained as we process information from different sources. The śastras contain an ocean of information but a lineage along with a Guru help the disciple determine what course to follow.
Kulārṇava Tantra (12.61) says:
Whatever is heard elsewhere about Mantras and Agamas should be reported to the Guru and accepted only what is approved by him. The rest should be rejected.
Also, Tripura Bhairavī mantra in our lineage is different from the one you posted.
Guruji explained it as adding "hsr" to "aiṃ, klīṃ and sauḥ", which comes to: hsraiṃ, hsklrīṃ (he also sometimes wrote it as hsrklīṃ) hsrsauḥ.
