I wanted to clarify if this Samputita Srisuktam is meant to be recited only by initiates into Sri Vidya.
That is,
(a) is the sadhana of the Samputita Srisuktam to be done only by those who have been initiated into Sri Vidya (at any level - beginner or otherwise)?
(b) is the sadhana of this Samputit Srisuktam meant only for those who have been initiated into ANY of the mantras samputit (conjoined) here with the Srisuktam (the original, Rg Veda Khila version, without any mantras added to it)?
In other words, did Guruji intend this Samputit Srisuktam for normal, uninitiated folks?

I ask because this seems like a prayoga specific to the Sri Vidya sampradaya, and meant to be performed by those with proper adhikara. Here, proper adhikara would imply initiation into Sri Vidya.
I don't think this was meant for general, uninitiated people.
Even the origin story bears this out - Sri Vidyaranya had proper adhikara - he was an adept in Sri Vidya.
Like if I recites this samputa srisukta 16 times in a day .
Entire samputakara srisukta havan I mentioned above..not any specific mantra

Guruji didn't put restrictions on this Suktam, he posted it free online and recommended it for people who are experiencing financial problems.
If you want to recite it more than 3 times per day it's your prerogative.

I started doing this but there are two questions if you can help to resolve please.
1st - 3 times a day is stipulated and are there any restrictions around where we can recite them during those 3 times or should be done in pooja place, sitting? Is reciting after taking food in the afternoon ok or should we wait for little longer to recite? - This may be too picky question, apologies if it is too much :-)
2nd - there are few letters after a line in the middle of each part. So, should we recite along with the line in that sequence like the below i mentioned?
hiraṇyavarṇāṁ hariṇīṁ … aiṁ ka e ī la hrīṁ

Guruji didn't give any specific restrictions. I would note regarding the recitation of mantras three times a day, there is typically flexibility in terms of where you can recite them during those times. While having a dedicated prayer or puja place can create a conducive environment for spiritual practices, it is not mandatory to restrict your recitation to that particular place. You can recite the mantras in any peaceful space where you feel comfortable and undisturbed.
As for the timing of recitation after taking food in the afternoon, it is generally advisable to wait for some time before engaging in spiritual practices. This is because digesting food requires energy and can make one feel lethargic or mentally preoccupied. Waiting for about 30 minutes to an hour after a meal before reciting mantras or engaging in other spiritual activities is considered beneficial, as it allows the body to settle and the mind to become more focused.
You are correct, the complete line should be recited.

The only thing one cannot do with this is take one of the mantras in it and chant it alone. I cannot remember what the shastra is on this, but since these mantras are separated like they are they don't follow the same rules as a mantra. As far as how much to chant this per day, let me clarify something. Chanting is meant to be a form of seva. If your sadhana lacks devotion then why would the Devata even bother with you. God wants your heart. So learn the sadhana and try to connect with the meaning of the words because the only reason we chant is to give worship to the Goddess because she deserves love!

Amma I am not available at home for all the 3 times (morning, noon & evening) due to work. Can I chant this 3 times in the morning it self just after the Nitya Puja?

You can certainly adapt the recitation of the Śrī Sūktaṃ to fit your schedule. The essence of any sadhana lies in the intention, dedication, and regularity of your practice.
Do remember, however, that the fruits of any spiritual endeavor are not guaranteed within a specific timeframe. While the initial sadhana is suggested for a minimum of 44 days, or one mandala, you may need to continue beyond this period.
