Hi, in 2006 I called Sri Guruji and asked him for Mahashodashi mantra which he gave me over the phone and then we made sure I had it right through emails. I have done a sloppy sadhana of envisioning lalitha on my crown while doing Mahashodashi japa. I live in New orleans, Louisiana and there's not even one Hindu temple. I am also unable to travel. I am old. I wish now to receive the other basic mantras.
I am slowly doing the beginning pdfs. I am focusing on drawing the Shree Chakra. I have also started Khadgamala. And Bala mantras. I really could use the Ganapati. Truth is the subject is huge and I expect to take many years to get it correct and lovely.
Would being given the Mahashodashi personally by Guruji be considered diksha? Thanks for your time. He did tell me once that if I made it to Devipuram he would give me purnadiksha.
