Guru ji I prefer japa mala during chanting of mantras can I use only one hand in hand posture as given by you in hand placement ,as one hand holds japa mala?

Is it possible to get these mantras in Telugu. I can read Sanskrit but I feel Telugu helps me better pronounce the mantra without mistake.

I’ve just enrolled in the starter regime. Is it okay to listen to these mantras at this stage as well as some other mantras that follow the Saraswati mantra on the sound cloud attached with the Sacred Vak pdf?

To keep things simple. Do these naturally and easy and at a single time and not mixed with another practice. Unless one is doing the Akshamala japa with these mantras as explained someday in the future. These are lovely mantras and quite centering. Others will tell you more rules. I don't know how they were taught to you. I used to email Swami Amrita back and forth, never realizing how short his years were. To my great regret.
I have come to discover just what a gem he was. And still is. So much higher quality than the mere technique business gurus that are Tiktokking away and making millions now. There was no comparison with Swami Amrita who gave us all everything he knew without discriminating or creating stages or grades or levels for his students. Nevermind me.
