Telugu Or Sanskrit Version of Starter Documents

Greetings. I have filled form and registered for 40 days beginner's course. Have received two PDF documents in English, I am fine with the content in English but finding it difficult to read Bheejakshars given in English.

Is there any way I can get these Practices in Telugu or Sanskrit Language.
