Sri Matre Namah!
I’ll start with a brief information about myself - I am initiated into Sri vidya by my maternal grandfather - Bala (who was an adept and a community guru) and my maternal uncle - panchdashi and guru paduka. Unfortunately both have them are no more. I was very young when I was initiated by my nanaji and now when I want to start my Upasana in earnest - I feel kind of lost. I have read a lot of material on Sri vidya and yantra - books by Arthur Avalon, Kavitha chinnayin, Michael Bowden et al.
I now am eager, very eager to start the complete puja and I will be grateful if I could connect with any of guruji’s direct disciple here in Mumbai.
I have the resources, the books, the mantras to start it, but it would be great if I could meet someone in person to get my doubts cleared. Let’s please restart the practice of Bombay Satsangs :)
On the personal front, I am chartered accountant by qualification and trade in the stock markets professionally. I belong to a family of Brahmins and my maternal family belongs to a lineage of Sri vidya gurus. My paternal family is Vaishnav.
