Please shed some light about the goddess Turiyamba at the 9th avarna of srichakra. At navavarna Puja at 9th avarna there is special puja to Turiyamba Devi for those who are initiated into sodashi mantra. Who is she really. Is Hadi turiyamba different from sridevi or it's just another form of her.

It should be noted that Turiyāmbā is not associated with the 9th Āvaraṇa. She transcends it.
The deity of 9th Āvaraṇa is Lalitā, Yogini: Parāpararahasyā and Mahātripurasundarī is the Cakreśvari.
The following was an explanation given by Haran Aiya:

Turīyāmbā, turīyām is fourth. The fourth state: jākrta, svaptna, susupthī, turīyā. So the fourth state of existence is turīyā.
Turīyam means sleep, dreamless deep sleep and an existence beyond the dreamless sleep state, where you are one with how you were born. When you were born as a new baby, what kind of mindset you had, you will enter that. That is turīyā state.
Turīyāmbā is, once you are done Sri Chakra puja up to that point, you are going beyond, and making the transition inside.
Turīyam is number 4.
evam, dvitiyam, trtiyam, turīyam, pañcamam.Turīyam is fourth.

And She is experienced when we make the switch between states. There is more. I cannot give references to shastra on this, except it is spoken of in Shiva Sutra. You can reach this state when prana explodes through the heart and reaches the head. You will notice everything has a sparkle to it and all mental day dreaming stops. Turiyamba is this state. You reach her by two ways, grace and learning to still the mind. Make sure there is a pause between each chant of your mula mantra. That's where She is.
