If you are having issues with downloading forum content please follow these troubleshooting steps:
Make sure you are registered and signed into the forum
Disable you popup blocker
Try to use a different web browser
If you are on a mobile, try to download via computer
If all else has failed, ask your friend to try to download it for you
If you have gone through all of these steps and you are still having issues you can make a post in a discussion board. However, when making a post please describe your issue in detail including what error you are getting so that it's easier for us to help you solve your problem.
