If you are having issues with downloading forum content please follow these troubleshooting steps:

1. Make sure you are registered and signed into the forum

2. Disable you popup blocker

3. Try to use a different web browser

4. If you are on a mobile, try to download via computer

5. If all else has failed, ask your friend to try to download it for you
