Can anyone please tell me the krama of doing maa bhuvneshwari triyakshari mantra. Aim hreem shreem. I want to do it before maa baal puja. What are the body parts associated with each bija like we do in maa baal. Also there was a specific method tought by guruji to open up the heart chakra by using saptvimasakshara mahalakshmi mantra. Can it be done by maa bhuvneshwari. If so how? Is there any other mantra that opens up the heart.
