Bala Mantra

Hello, I am a new to Sri Vidya and haven't been able to recieve formal diksha into the tradition yet. I have doing basic yoga sadhana for a while now and have read a lot about it and watched many videos of Sri Amritanda so I feel I am ready for mantra Japa.

In the meantime before I am able to recieve formal Diksha from a Guru I have a strong feeling to start Bala Tripurasundari mantra japa on my own, taking Dakshinamurti as guru and applying curse removal mantra to mitigate potential negative effects.

My questions are:

Which form of mantra is best to practice: 3 syllable, 6 syllable or 9 syllable? What is the difference in effect between them?

And in your parampara, Is OM prefixed before each repition, or is it not needed?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thank you!

We have been using six syllable here. We do not affix Om to anything. We also don’t do typical japa. We count mantras on chakra petals as per satchakra japa. Bala mantras are powerful kundalini mantras. And also beautiful. Use with caution. We dont believe in mantra curses. It wwould be ideal to forget everything you previously learned about Sri Vidya and came at Devipuram teaching with a fresh opem mind and attitude. Devipuram is not trying to teach piecemeal, some tricks here and there, but rather, trying to each an entire path. The beginners classes are really great. Make sure you sign up..

Ok thank you very much! Satchakra japa is very interesting. I am not able to go to Devipuram right now due to work since I dont live in India but I definitely plan to come eventually.

sadhakas of guruji amrithanandha are soo lucky to get initiated by him into sadhana.

After him, max soo called Gurus who came from his lineage are soo bad. They are just manipulating and cashing money in the name of Sri vidya. I was constantly trying to get into Srividya but found none.

My one and only single question is

Did guruji tell to do lakhs of japa to do purascharana of the deity ?

There are two ways to do sadhana as per his teachings.

Shatchakra mantras . Subhramanyam, Krishna, datta, shiva ..

Sri vidya mantras.. ganapati, Chandi, shyama, varahi, Lalitha

Do both these mantras need lakhs of japa and purascharana. Please tell me

They do not need money, or mindless repetition for lakhs of numbers. They need understanding.

Just forget about the pay for play gurus. Stay here! Do the free courses. Learn all the lovely means for self knowledge, that are offered free here. And your practice will become a cut above those other gurus. And without charges and fees. The online classes offered are great!

I just gone through the practices available in the internet as mentioned by the guruji. He put almost most of the sadhana. Only rasmi mala mantras are missing can you send me that to my mail. It would be much help. Still i searched for it, but someone deleted the audio file. As read the discussion earlier.
