Your desires are admirable. But you didn't give us much to work with, as far as what you're already doing. Nobody has such a total schedule that they cannot do any practice at all.
If you do then you need to adjust your personal sadhana expectations and just practice any amount at all, at any time, of any good practice. Just because there's not much time.
Life is four days long. The first day you scream and cry, the next day you have kids and a house and life seems fine and like it will last forever. The third day, you have to cut way back on activity because your body is getting frail. There are many things you should be doing to extend your salient mind and spirit. The fourth day you drop all senses and material aspects of life and go to pure life, the endless ocean like space.
Not much time. You think I am playing. But looking back, life jumps and is over fast.
If you want to enjoy the companionship of Devi, then make any move towards her.
But as for stotrams, the Sri Suktam is a statement of desire for all good things as well as liberation. It's only 16 stanzas and takes ten minutes.
In the beginning PDF, there's the Sarasvati mantra and long Sanskrit mantra. This is an excellent mantra for all people, for all causes and conditions. Saraswati is the Creatrix. Ten minutes of this practice is high quality sadhana. In the second beginner's practice is the pranapratishta of Lalita to one's own body and this simple practice is direct communion with Lalita, the Goddess Mahakamakali, the Great Goddess of Love.
Such a perfect short invocation and darshan. Nondualistic. If you have any mantra dikshas of Devi they are great to do right after the pranapatishta.
I think you are thinking of practice as something you have to do for someone else. That's not so. You do practice for yourself and do not try to compete with the young up and comers. Just do what you can, when you can.
¡Buena suerte!
