Many people are not using laghu Shodashi. Also called Shodai. I do not think Devipuram is using it. But to understand you need to understand the 16 nityas. The Panchadashi is the fifteen nityas together. The Shodai is the 16th nitya, Shodashi. The fifteen nityas are the waxing moon phases, the 16th is the full moon. This is more an analogy unless you are practice this. But it's a good analogy for further study.
Also, the Panchadashi is the trishakti. The Shodai is the transcendental turiya.
