As many of the practitioners know, the Lalitopākhyāna (part of the Brahmāṇḍa Purāṇa) holds a significant place in the Śrī Vidyā tradition. It introduces various deities, mantras, and yantras essential to our daily practices, which are also seamlessly integrated into the Paraśurāma Kalpasūtras. Understanding this text is pivotal for anyone serious about learning Śrī Vidyā.
For the 2024 Lalitā Navarātri Tripurā Tallikā has released two publications centered around Lalitā’s epic battle with Bhāṇḍāsura.
Part two of the series titled “Smaraprāṇa Dīpikā,” created by Ramesh Kuttichad (Ātmānandanātha), takes the form of a pūjā. This work intricately guides practitioners through every aspect of the great war, detailing each encounter with the Asuras alongside the corresponding mantras of the Devīs who vanquished them. This pūjā not only provides an opportunity for devotees to engage in arcana, but also serves as an educational and meditative tool, fostering internal contemplation of the struggles we face on our path to liberation.
