Do we need initiation from guru to start chanting panchadasi mantra and lalita trishati… also is there any specific method or process for chanting the same… kindly help

In our lineage at Devipuram, dīkṣā is needed for Lalitā's Pañcadaśī mantra but not for Śrī Lalitā Triśatī. Other lineages may ask sādhakas to take dīkṣā for Śrī Lalitā Triśatī too.
